You, Ainuu – Social Chatbot artificial intelligence chat application, while logging in, you know and accept that your personal data you have provided to us may be processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and for the specified purposes, and you also hereby acknowledge that the obligation to enlighten that must be made within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Law has been fulfilled, that you have read and understood the Agreement, and that you are aware of your rights and obligations.

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,

Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,

Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller based on the authorization granted by the Data Controller,

Data Controller: The natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system,

Ainuu – Social Chatbot, as the Data Controller, processes the data that users share with Ainuu – Social Chatbot while registering in order to provide the service provided by this application to its users.

Description of Ainuu – Social Chatbot Application

Ainuu is a social chatbot app where users can interact with artificial intelligence. The features of the application are as follows:
1- Chat (Question and Answer Screen): Users can ask questions within the app and get answers given by the AI. This provides a platform where users can talk on various topics.
2- Conversation History: Users’ past conversations are saved within the app so that they can review previous conversations. This helps users keep track of their previous interactions.
3- Social Sharing: Users can share the answers given by the AI on social media or other platforms if they wish. This allows them to share interesting or funny answers with their friends.
4- Like and Comment Feature: Users can like and comment on promts shared by other users. This provides an opportunity to contribute to the shared content in an interactive way.
5- Repost Feature: If there is a prompt that has been liked by another user, users can use that prompt on their own chat screen. This provides the opportunity to easily share popular or interesting answers.
6- Popular and New Prompts (Question): In the social section, users are given access to popular and newly shared prompts. This helps users to follow popular content and discover new answers.

Ainuu allows users to have fun and interesting conversations, share posts and interact with other users. This app combines chatbot technology and social media features to provide a fun experience
Ainuu: YOUR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WHEN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THE AINUU:
Google Play Store and iOS payment systems will be used. These operating systems have their own purchasing method. Since information regarding payments will be notified to Ainuu, for the use of Google Play Store and iOS operating systems, your personal data will be processed through the relevant companies, and you hereby declare that you understand and accept that your personal data may be shared with these companies by Ainuu:.

– Chat, Q&A history with in-app AI
– User reviews
– Users’ history of likes

Privacy Policy and User Data
Ainuu cares about your privacy. Under the Ainuu Privacy Policy, our data (inquiry history) practices (the types of information we receive and collect from you, how we
we use and share, including your rights regarding the processing of information about you)
is explained.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data in accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law;
– In order to improve the execution and provision of the Ainuu Application in accordance with the law and honesty rules,
– Accurate and, where necessary, for current purposes,
– For specific, explicit and legitimate purposes,
– In connection with, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed,
– To be retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed,
In accordance with the obligations imposed by the Personal Data Protection Law, your personal information that you share while registering and logging in to the application will be processed by the Ainuu Application. This personal information is specified above.

Rights of Personal Data Owner

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, anyone can apply to the data controller and request the following information about him/her;
a) Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
If you apply in writing to the address mentioned above regarding your above-mentioned rights, we will respond free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.

Ainuu: DATABASE WHERE DATA IS STORED BY AINUU.
It is a completely secure, database-driven system known as ‘Firebase’, owned by Google, where personal data is recorded.

Ainuu is committed to following the following community guidelines to ensure that users have a safe and positive experience. Please use the Ainuu application by taking the following rules into consideration:

– Compliance with the Law and Ethical Principles: When using Ainuu, you are expected to act in accordance with the law and our ethical principles. Avoid any behavior that violates the law or provides use for malicious purposes.

– Sharing Personal Information: Ainuu cares about the privacy of personal information. Please refrain from sharing your identity information, address, phone number, or any sensitive information belonging to others with Ainuu. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of such information.

– Avoiding Inappropriate Content: As Ainuu is a public platform, it does not accept inappropriate or offensive content. Avoid questions/messages containing sexual content, violence, hate speech, harassment or threats. Contribute to the prevention of any form of abuse or harmful activity.

– Breach of Law Notifications: If, during the use of Ainuu, you encounter content or activity that violates the law, we ask that you report it immediately. This will help us assist the authorities and help address adverse situations.

Ainuu monitors the enforcement of these community guidelines and takes appropriate action when necessary. We all have a responsibility to maintain the Ainuu app as a positive and constructive environment to ensure that users have an enjoyable experience. If you encounter any violations or complaints, please use the appropriate channels to report them.
